1. What services does Lexicon IT Technologies provide?
We provide end-to-end IT and digital solutions including payment gateway integration, fintech solutions, e-commerce development, web and mobile app development, API integrations, ERP systems, digital marketing, graphic designing, and IT support services.
2. Do you offer payment gateway solutions in Pakistan?
Yes. We specialize in payment solutions for Pakistan, including integration with local banks, mobile wallets, and payment APIs. Final approval of payment gateways depends on the respective bank or payment service provider.
3. Are you a bank or financial institution?
No. Lexicon IT Technologies is a technology service provider, not a bank or financial institution. We develop and integrate payment systems but do not hold or process customer funds directly.
4. How long does it take to integrate a payment gateway?
Basic payment gateway integrations usually take 5–10 working days, while custom or enterprise solutions may take longer depending on bank approvals and project complexity.
5. Do you provide e-commerce websites with payment integration?
Yes. We develop complete e-commerce solutions, including online stores, secure checkout systems, inventory management, and payment gateway integration.
6. Do you develop mobile applications?
Yes. We develop Android, iOS, and cross-platform mobile applications with secure backend systems, APIs, and payment integrations where required.
7. What is your payment process?
Payments are made as per the invoice or agreed proposal. Advance payments may be required before project initiation. All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
8. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Generally, payments are non-refundable once work has started, except in cases such as duplicate payment or service not initiated due to our fault.
9. Can services be returned or canceled?
Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, returns are generally not applicable. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis as per our Return & Refund Policies.
10. Is my data and payment information secure?
Yes. We follow industry-standard security practices and do not store sensitive banking information such as card numbers, CVV, or PINs.
11. Do you provide ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes. We offer monthly and annual maintenance plans (AMC) for websites, apps, and systems, including updates, monitoring, and technical support.
