Due to the intangible and customized nature of these services, physical returns are generally not applicable.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns may be considered only in limited cases, such as:

Incorrect service package purchased due to a system or billing error
Duplicate service order created unintentionally
Service marked as delivered without actual initiation

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by the Company.

3. Non-Returnable Services

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Custom-developed software, applications, or websites
Payment gateway setups and API integrations
Digital marketing services once work has started
Services already delivered or partially completed
Third-party services such as hosting, domains, licenses, APIs, or gateway fees

4. Return Request Process

To request a return, the client must:

Submit a written request via email
Mention invoice number, service details, and reason for return
Send the request to info@lexiconittech.store

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

5. Review & Resolution

Each return request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis
If approved, the return may result in service correction, service replacement, or refund, as deemed appropriate
The Company’s decision shall be final

6. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party charges already incurred, including:

Bank or payment gateway fees
Hosting, domain, or license costs

are non-returnable and non-recoverable.

7. Policy Changes

Lexicon IT Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on the website.
