Lexicon IT Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) follows transparent and fair business practices. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be requested, approved, or denied for our services.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all services offered by Lexicon IT Technologies, including but not limited to:

  • Payment Gateway & Payment Solutions

  • Web & E-Commerce Development

  • Mobile App Development

  • API Integrations

  • ERP & Business Software

  • Digital Marketing & Graphic Designing

  • IT Maintenance & Support Services

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made by the client

  • Payment received but service not initiated due to reasons solely attributable to the Company

  • Order or service cancelled by the Company before work commencement

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once project work, development, or integration has started

  • Custom software, payment gateway setup, API integrations, or ERP development

  • Digital marketing services once campaigns or creatives are initiated

  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information or approvals

  • Third-party costs including domain, hosting, licenses, bank charges, payment gateway fees, or API subscriptions

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued only if:

  • A project is cancelled midway due to valid and documented reasons

  • Work already completed will be deducted on a pro-rata basis

  • Administrative or processing charges may apply

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, clients must:

  1. Submit a written request via email

  2. Provide invoice number, payment reference, and reason for refund

  3. Send the request to info@lexiconittech.store

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment service providers

7. Taxes & Deductions

  • Government taxes (if applicable) already paid are non-refundable

  • Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and transaction costs are non-refundable

8. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing

  • Cancellation approval is at the sole discretion of the Company

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on project stage

9. Policy Changes

Lexicon IT Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
