Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

4. Payments & Billing

• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise

• Payments must be made as per invoice terms

• Advance payments may be required before service initiation

• Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension

Payment gateway, bank, or third-party charges are the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by our Refund Policy, available on the website.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the Refund Policy.

6. Payment Gateway Services

For payment-related services:

• We act as a technology service provider, not a bank or financial institution

• Final approval of payment gateways is subject to banks or third-party providers

• We are not responsible for rejection, delays, or compliance decisions made by banks or payment processors

Clients must comply with all applicable State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and regulatory requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, designs, software, code, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Lexicon IT Technologies unless stated otherwise

• Ownership of custom development is transferred only after full payment

• Reuse, resale, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

• Technical data

• Payment and financial details

• Login credentials and documentation

Confidential information will not be disclosed unless required by law.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or rely on third-party services such as:

• Banks and payment gateways

• Hosting providers

• APIs, tools, or platforms

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or policy changes of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lexicon IT Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Business loss, profit loss, or data loss

• Delays caused by force majeure or third parties

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

• Payments remain unpaid

Termination due to client violation does not entitle a refund.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
